Diatec Divinol you can dispense with the oil book because you can easily
choose the right oil for your car and record the kilometer and the date of
the next spare with the notification feature after a period determined by
yourself.
Installation When You install the Diatec Divinol App, Diatec Divinol will collect some technical information from Your device in order to be able to provide You with the Services, namely Your IP address, the unique device ID number and what operating system, operator, screen resolution and version of the Diatec Divinol App You use. This information is used to verify that the User’s device is properly registered and will not be used to identify You personally or be transferred to third parties. We will, however, use this data for statistics and user support as long as You use the Services.
Contact Information Sharing your Contact Information with Diatec Divinol is necessary if You wish to use the Services. If You decide not to share your Contact Information with Diatec Divinol You will only be able to benefit from a limited access to and use of the Service.
Please note that no other Contact Information than the phone numbers will be received, stored and used from the User’s address book. Other numbers or information that may be contained in your device’s phone book will be filtered away and will therefore not be stored or used by Diatec Divinol. Addresses, passwords and credit card numbers and any other similar information will automatically be prevented from being entered into the Diatec Divinol database by our safety algorithms, that filters any numbers and other information stored in the phone book in a number sequence not compatible with that used for telephone numbers. Please also note that You can always choose not to share Contact Information with Diatec Divinol and if You have shared information and changed Your mind, You can ban access to your Contact Information from Your phone settings. However, if you choose not to share your Contact Information with Diatec Divinol, You will have a very limited access to the Services.
Information not collected Diatec Divinol does not collect emails, addresses or other contact information from its users’ mobile address book or contact lists other than mobile phone numbers. Location data will not be collected as well.
Use, Sharing and Disclosure of User and Contact Information Information related to the User or Contact Information will only be used to (a) Provide status services, subject to the User sharing his Contact Information with Diatec Divinol, allowing the User to the Status Submissions. The Status Submissions will be visible to others’ mobile screen while dialing
You may also divide Your contacts into groups and choose the time and occurrence of the statuses You submit using the Services.
(b) contact You from Diatec Divinol for verification purposes or with information pertaining to the Services, e.g. newsletter e-mails and similar notifications.
